Recipe: Mango Protein Ice Pops
To a high-power blender add:

- 2 scoops Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal Replacement , Vanilla
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, suggest fat-free)
- ½ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup coconut milk, lite (or water)
Yields: Approximately (8) ½-cup pops
Directions:
Blend until smooth.
Divide evenly, pour approximately ½ cup into each popsicle mold.
Place in freezer for at least one hour or until frozen.
